I have been working as a professional in racial equity and social justice fields for over 20 years. At the root of the social justice and equity movement is the self-agency of disempowered and disenfranchised communities. I understand this profoundly from first hand personal experience. I am not only committed but deeply dedicated to my work of creating an empowering environment that provides people with skills to further themselves, their families, and better their lives. I build relationships on trust, collaboration and self-agency while prioritizing the unique contributions of everyone so that we can build movements that will last a life-time and will leave impacts for generations to come.
